正濱漁港彩色屋 Zhengbin Fishing Port Nostalgia Pier

位於和平島南方，是歷史悠久的老漁港，而在漁船噸位逐漸加大之後，漁港水位不堪負荷，現在雖較為沒落，但仍保有樸實風貌，基隆市政府積極開發成為以假日休閒懷舊為主的觀光碼頭，期待榮景將再現於此。正濱漁港懷舊碼頭，曾經有一個名為「民間美術號」的船隻停靠於此，是全台灣第一座海上美術館。

Located at the south of Heping Island, is considerably more laid back, although it gradually diminished afterward, its down-to-earth appearance endures. The city is actively seeking to preserve it as a place for relaxation and nostalgia. There has been a boat named “Folk Art” at Zhengbin Fishing Port Nostalgia Pier. It was the first art museum on the sea. Besides, there has been also held dragon boat race and some activities, which were quite popular.
