野柳地質公園 Yehliu Geopark

野柳地質公園的奇岩是世界奇觀之一, 由於海岸延伸的方向與地層及構造線方向近於垂直，外加波浪侵蝕、岩石風化、及海陸相對運動、地殼運動等地質作用的影響，因而產生罕見的地形、地質景觀。

大屯山餘脈伸出海中的岬角，從金山遠眺，猶如潛入海中的巨龜，故又名為「野柳龜」。其因波浪侵蝕、岩石風化及地殼運動等作用，造就了海蝕洞溝、燭狀石、蕈狀岩、豆腐岩、蜂窩岩、壺穴、溶蝕盤等各種奇特景觀。女王頭、仙女鞋、燭臺石等，更是聞名國際的海蝕奇觀。區內的林添禎塑像是紀念其當年捨身救人的英勇事蹟。

The rock landscape of Yehliu Geopark is one of most famous wonders in the world, the costal line is stretching in a direction vertical to the layer and the structure line; besides, the influences caused by wave attack, rock weathering, earth movement and crustal movement all contribute to the formation of such a rare and stunning geological landscape.
